The UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification or commonly known as ISO 9001, is one of the strictest international standards for quality control. It is a set of principles and guidelines that sets the requirements for a quality management system for all processes in the production of products, involving all levels of the company’s organization, with the final aim of satisfying the customer's needs in the best possible way.
The UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certification is a set of international standards for environmental management which guarantees that DOpla has an adequate system to keep the environmental impacts of its activities under control by seeking to improve them in a coherent, effective and above all, in a sustainable way.
The BRC Global Standard for Consumer Product - Personal Care & Household (PCH) is a set of standards developed by British large-scale retail trade companies to guarantee consumer protection, it ensures that our products at DOpla meet their quality, safety and legal requirements. The BRC consumer PCH uses a risk-based assessment and places the legal responsibility on the company regarding the choice of raw materials and the management of production processes capable of guaranteeing a safe finished product, following best practices in manufacturing.
The Italian Association of Business Operators-Food Contact Expert (AIBO-FCE), is the professional association (of natural and legal persons) who controls and guarantees the safety and conformity of products that will come into contact with food in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. The AIBO-FCE membership registry lists all the Italian Companies who are Food Contact Experts.
This standard defines the characteristics of a biodegradable and compostable product to guarantee a safe degradation process that respects the environment. Compliance with the standard is guaranteed by the OK Compost certification issued by TUV Austria.
DOpla applies the production management and control system in compliance with the HACCP risk analysis system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and with the provisions set forth in Italian Legislative Decree No. 155 of May 26, 1997 and UNI 10854/99 standards.
